Previously, he was a portfolio manager for Mariner Investment Group, managing an absolute return mortgage strategy. Paul also held prior roles with Dwight Asset Management as head of securitized products and with Fannie Mae as director of mortgage portfolio and liquid assets. He has worked in the industry since 1992. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Towson University and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland. | ||
